Performance: The performance training will be the main one during the week. The structure will be basically a skill + workout. The idea is to vary the physical capacities, exercises and repetitions in order to have a balance and better conditioning. All classes will have adaptation options for more or less, according to the conditioning of each one. *Performance classes on weekends will not have the skills part. The idea is to have a longer, fun and challenging workout.
Endurance: As the name says, this class will aim to maintain a moderate intensity for a long period of time. In this class we will not have the skills part, the workout will be longer and the movements will be simpler but always challenging. In short: a good cardio workout.
Gymnastics: In this class we will prioritize movements with body weight. we have several complex exercises that require good body consistency, kippings and strategies. the goal here is to work on basic and advanced exercises to perform better during performance classes.
Weightlifting: In this class we will basically train two movements: Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Within an hour of class we will perform progressions and exercises related to weight lifting to make your technique even better, increase your personal records and your results in performance classes
Mobility / Core: This class will be divided into two halves of 30 minutes each. in the first half we will perform specific mobility and stretching exercises and in the second half we will do core strengthening exercises. This class is a good option for relaxation after a performance class or also a pre-warm up before a performance class.
Kids: In this class, children will experience a functional training class with a combination of workouts and games. the idea is to develop motor skills, physical conditioning and body awareness for a better and healthier future.
